Cheri Kelley Farivar
Cheri Kelley Farivar, GAA-RAA
Cheri is a native of Leavenworth where she was first licensed to sell real estate in 1977. She began her appraisal carreer in 1986, specializing in residential and small commercial properties in the entire Wenatchee Valley.
She is currently a Masters Level Senior Appraisal Instructor for the Washington Association of Realtors and for Bellevue College. Cheri is an AQB Certified USPAP instructor, teaching professional standards and practices to real estate appraisers and Realtors all over the northwest.
Since 2001, Cheri has served as a commissioner on the Washington Real Estate Appraiser Commission, where she is currently serving as the Chairperson for 2008 and 2009.
